Oops, I can’t remember my password! What should I do?

Don’t worry, we’ve all done it. All you need to do is head to the login page and click the forgotten password button, enter the email address you registered with and then we’ll send you a reset password link. If you can’t get logged back in after that, either email our service desk or cross your fingers and pray! We recommend emailing us, though..!

My order is damaged or broken. How can I resolve it?

We’re here to help whenever you need us, so all you’ll need to do is use our contact form or email connect@craftlabel.com with your order number, the faulty items product code (this can be found just above the barcode), and a description of the fault. Images of the fault are also really useful and can help us with quality control in the future.

There are wrong or missing items in my order. How do I get help?

We’re so sorry that happened, but make sure you let us know sooner rather than later! All you need to do is use our contact form or email connect@craftlabel.com with your order number and a description of the wrong or missing item(s).

When will my order arrive?

We try our hardest to deliver your order as soon as possible, we aim to get the parcel to you between 3 to 5 days. However, during busy periods there may be a delay to our standard service. Don’t worry though, our next day delivery service is always available for orders placed before 2pm. If you ever want to track your order, you can do so in the account section.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order no problem! Just make sure you do it within 30 minutes of placing an order. All you need to do is head to your orders in the account section and the cancel button. After this time, we can't cancel an order before delivery, but don’t worry, you can return unused items within 60 days of receiving your order. For more information, our returns policy is just here!

By the way, any addresses, items & quantity changes can’t be made after you have checked out!


How can I contact customer services?

We pride ourselves on having an efficient and helpful customer service department, the best way to contact us is via or contact form which you can find here or email us on connect@craftlabel.com

Can I return an item that was gifted to me?

We would be happy to replace any item that was faulty/damaged, we would need proof of order including order number to do this, however if you wish to return an item for any other reason this would need to be done through the person who purchased the product.

Can I collect my order directly from you?

Sorry, right now we’re a postal delivery only kind of company. However, never say never!

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you really do want to unsubscribe from our newsletters, then all you need to do is click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails. If that doesn’t work then you can email us on connect@craftlabel.com to unsubscribe.

Top tip: Make sure this is done via the email you wish to unsubscribe from - just so we can confirm that  you’re the owner of the account.
